Easy, delicious and low calorie breakfast/snack...1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 TBL peanut butter, 1 TBL polaner all fruit grape jelly and sweetener to taste.(I use truvia or stevia) Mix together. I'm also 4' 11" (ish) and around 141 pounds. :) 4 months pp with our 4th one. Would love to get down to at least 110 or less.

Ugh I was tired today and ate horribly!! I'm at least 800 calories over goal but I'll try to make up for it rest of the week.

Congrats! Our little one is also 4 months :) After our first (we have 4) I lost a lot of weight by walking and counting calories. The main thing is no matter how many times you fail, keep trying. You CAN do it! :)

Down 2 pounds since starting couple weeks ago. Could definitely be better, messed up too many times but super happy i lost at least a little! No giving up! :)
