I feel so silly! I am new to these boards and couldn't find this post after I signed up! Oops. Anywhoo, feeling frustrated. Just joined this thread yesterday at 199. I am the same today. One week tomorrow since I started caring; started counting calories on Tuesday. Hope I see some change soon.
