Its just an average. Move on and do better the next day.

I don't eat them back and have been able to achieve 2 lbs per week on average. We are all different. The most important thing is to weigh in once per week to track your process. If you are losing what you want per week don't change it. If you plateau try increasing calories for a day or 2 to shock your body. It seems…
