If you drink a can of low-cal soda just before you eat, you'll feel full in no time. You may also burp like a bullfrog with chronic wind, but at least you'll eat less!

The important thing to remember is that ok, you've done it, but at least you haven't sabotaged the whole day and it's easy to get back on track. Keep it up! I've been using it for only 5 days so far and it's really helping me
