I've tried most of the vega products and love them all- I'd go with vanilla it's more versatile and if you want want chocolate add a tbs of good organic cocoa and some caocao nibs :) I like added them to my smoothies but they are fine as a post workout shake - I prefer to make them with non dairy milk over water.

My go to breakfasts are protein smoothie, toast and avocado, toast and natural peanut butter, overnight oats, or hot oatmeal ( usually with flax/chia/hemp/pumpkin seed combo) . I also love a tofu scramble on the weekends with sprouted groan bread ( make sure you use medium firm tofu it makes all the difference.
