Yea, when I do 1200 every day I maybe can loose 1 pound a week. I cut things some days and i'll log all the food but leave a few bits here and there. But I'm pretty fickle with my eating... one week I'll be super good, and a couple days loose it, then be good, then loose it. I still stay either average or loose a bit...…

Drink lots of water... SUPER important. also Peppermint tea will help settle the stomach. You just have to get use to the smaller portions and types of foods you have to eat to stay under it. It's all in the head.

I've been on a 1200 cal diet for a while, I don't have time to exercise and nutrition and the amount of calories plays a HUGE part in weight loss... So I'm in! LOL I sometimes go for walks and do things outside, but nothing "exercise worthy" <3
