Today is low carb day, but I can't seem to kick my sugar habit. Any ideas especially on low carb days?

My pants and shirts are fitting loosely, which is a good sign. My new goal would include a better game plan for when we're out especially since we have a lot of parties coming up.

Hi everyone! Need some encouragement. Yesterday my husband and I went a little crazy with our carbs, being that it was our high carb day. Now today, my body wants to eat carbs so bad, and I'm tempted to give in. Any tips to help me not give in?

Thanks for the awesome welcome everybody! Our low carb days fall on Sunday, Tuesday Thursday and Saturdays and high carbs days are Monday Wednesday Friday. We like to do three reward meals throughout the week which helps us stay on track.

I'm also restarting the 21 day fix workout and meal plan. I just finished a workout and I forgot how hard it is but I'm going to keep pushing and keep going. I've been trying to figure out the meal plan again while incorporating a technique called carb cycling. Basically I alternate high and low carb days with one reward…
