I started at 287 at 5'2 (2012) and now am at 193 (really started in october 14 at 248). Slow and steady! Hope to see 150 end of this year :smile:

Thank you, I think MFP is almost correct with their 1420 and eating at least a part back of the exercise cals. It's so hard sometimes to not eat less and less because the scale doesn't move or move as hard as I would like. Based on your system @mikevandewetering, would you say I'm sedentary or lightly active?

Hi, I'm 5'2 and started at 290lbs in July 2012 (highest weight ever). Got to 249lbs in October of 2014 without really changing my eating but because of cycling to work every day. In October something clicked, I changed my eating and started the gym next to the biking. 2 weeks ago I saw 202lbs on the scale. It's not going…
