And I totally understand the not exercising part, what I try to do.. is walking to places I need to go instead of car or bus. Taking the stairs instead of elevator and I post this, this makes me see how much calories…
  • Well I know exactly what you mean! I am also looking for some extra motivation to get me to my goal weight! Need to lose 73 pounds. Now I just need the strength to stick with it. Let's do this!!
