So....our challenges for October..........I can definitely do the staying under calorie goal except for 1 day a week (and then only going over maybe 250 calories). I should have added: present weight: 184.9 goal weigh: don't know, but for now I'll start with 164.9 Challenges: if I stay away from certain foods (pasta, cookies, candy) I'm okay.....but I have to learn that if I have a cookie or 2, that doesn't mean I can eat the whole sleeve.
