Going home tomorrow, for 6 weeks, I will be able to concentrate on just me. So fewer distractions and the family will fend for themselves. Some well deserved me time, I have devised a schedule for my days, and no non Paleo meals will be eaten or made.

My knee will not do the movement necessary for the elliptical. I do Aquafit as bet as my knee will allow and Silver sneakers and Zumba Gold Many of the exercises I must adapt.

Wanted to try the elliptical, my knee would not even consider it. So I tried the bicycle an not make tat movement either.
