I have RE lost, some of the same poundage over and over. It comes off slow, hopefully this challenge will keep me focused this month and beyond. Best…

Versa was the biggest waste of money and time. Always had issues, wouldn’t sync, frozen, delete reinstall, got a Garmin vivofit 4. Very happy.

The beginning of every journey starts with the first step. The first step was knowing you need to make a change. Not hating yourself, use your energy for the journey and discovering how to change your bad habits. Go for a walk, if you walk 15 min today 20 min tomorrow and keep going till you are walking km at least a day,…

It is a long journey but you can do it for you. Please do not re live my over weight life. Here at 62 I am finally making an effort I have made before but this time I will keep it off. I have been using MFP since June, starting my loss and cycle gain and in September woke up and stayed consistent. Make a daily menu focus…

Ok, I see the cheat thread going on, I have to agree with drkatiebug, just do not like the word CHEAT for me it refers to a punishable offence, so if I CHEAT it is off my paleo usually gluten and believe me if I eat it I have been punished, occasionally a sweet or some naughty dairy. I log everything because I would only…

Been here on MFP a few years, since June last year was a true start though and September seriously and consistent logging weigh and logging. I have some lengthy spans when I do not lose but just coast for a while then all of a sudden I lose something again. I get a bit frustrated but I just keep on going. Going home on…

Hello All, I am 62, been working on this forever, but relentlessly for 6 months, the loss comes at a frustrating slow pace. I keep my head up and refuse to falter, this round I will succeed even if it takes forever. Keep logging, drink half my weight in water and eating paleo and keep moving every day with silver sneakers…
