Goal Weight Reached

I've just reached my goal weight of 125 lbs., a far cry from 198 lbs! I lost the first 53 over a period of 4 years and the last 20 over 10 weeks, during which time I went on a cruise. I watched what I ate. Now I need to maintain. That's the tough part. I don't know how many calories to take in. Do you have any tips?

    Congratulations, I think you can reset your calorie needs.

    Congratulations! I assume you have the app set to maintain your weight now, and that should give you your maintenance calories. What some people do (I did too) is to add back 100cals per day at first, and then gradually add a little more until you see the scale start to stabilize. You do have to play around a bit to find where you fall.
