  • Hello new here 5'4.5 SW: 185 CW: 154 GW: 145 I have 5-10 to loose the scale has not budged for the last month, Log my intake daily, work out 4-6d a week mini stair stepper, aerobic & walking I have notice my clothes fitting different but scale still not budging getting frustrated
