  • I'm 4'11" (so a teensie bit shorter) and I'm at about 93, which is a comfortable weight for me. I have a small frame and my measurements are 33/26/36, BF ~25%. I'm just starting out but I'm not looking to lose much weight. 90-95 is appropriate for me. I think a lot depends on your frame size.
