I haven't used a food scale but I am making a Walmart run today to get one among other items. I loved the information from that link, I'll make sure I'm mindful of everything I take in as well as exercise. Awesome, love the community here!! <3 :)

Finally went shopping! Yes, I agree. I find myself hungry after workouts so I'll stick to a snack after, probably fruit or a light shake. Ok, that's great advice you guys! I feel better not eating back my exercise calories but I feel I always need a light snack after working out.
