Hey Wan, I'm looking to lose about 15 lbs of body fat I weight about 193 lbs right now at 15% body fat. Hoping to be at 8%. Like the idea of motivating each other and keeping away from the bad foods. Fav cheat meal is pizza.

You want to work out and eat protein while cutting to minimize muscle loss. 1.5 grams per pound is what I do. I'm trying to lose 10-15 lbs and trying to lose mostly fat and not muscle.

I'm at the cutting stage right now that winter is coming. I do it the other way around bulk in the summer and cut in the winter.
