i am not a big fan of taking vitamins but i do take one tab a day multivitamin for seniors which i checked does contain vit k = 10ug, and i do agree with tsazani that Anaerobic or high intensity exercise is good for lowering insulin résistance

mine was 6.7 =123, thats fasting bg, i am still trying to bring it down to at least below 100 without medication

once a year is good enough for me, i dont like needles :) i am not on any medication for dibetes my bs went upto 8.4 brought it back down to 6.8 last sunday and working natural ways to bring it down below 6 better still around 5

gin and tonic, vodka, wiskey, cider... :) not really i dont drink any alcohol at all so i usually drink tea with milk no sugar, water, water with soluble vitamin c , home made fresh carrots, orange, apple celery and ginger juice, some time green smoothi spinach banana and strawberry etc etc

fruit diet yes it can be done, i know someone has done it for few months and as a result he did go slim and he was fine after his wife pushed him to take blood tests etc, end of the day one should consider their own health and check with doctor etc if its ok with you and your doctor i cant see any problem with that

you are absolutly correct that depends on person to person when any one choose to weigh themselves, everyone is correct what ever frequency anyone chooses, i usually weigh myself once a week 1st thing every sunday morning after washroom :)

well i am over 60 and on borderline for dibetes with sugar level around 7, and trying my best to stay off medication and control through food choices and exercise, usually its sedatory lifestyle and lots of food seem to be the problem, water fasting one a month seem to help
