I do both -- I enjoy listening to music during cardio - that helps. My body looks and feels stronger since I added weights. I also do core strengthening as well . All fits together to make me feel and look my best.

First of all YOU ARE NOT ALONE !! Lol my friend and I spent the summer complaining about weight gain and numerous symptoms BUT -- I have been logging in here for 20 days and am down 7 lbs. sooooo it CAN be done. Do not lose faith !!

Not sure what you have gotten bored of but I love a poached egg on an English muffin -- I am told an apple is simple but very good pre.. No expert here but if it helps

They are a great addition to chilli !! If you go to the grocery isle where the kidney beans and chick peas are -- you will find them. Also available dry ( so you soak etc). But I think you should start with the canned kind !! Good luck :)
