I actually didn't do the kickstart, just jumped right into week 1 :) I love it so far! My last week of it will be the week before my wedding... hoping to rock my strapless mermaid dress! haha :smiley: I have noticed lower back pain... not sure if it's sore or actually pain, I haven't ever really worked out my back before…
