Morning, woking out before going to work gives me way more energy for the day I've found! Plus after working 10+ hours a day I don't really feel like going to the gym. I take my dog for a walk in the evenings though.

If you want to be super awkward the Abductor machine - raised off the seat. But the above exercises are probably more effective and less awkward :D

As above hiring a personal trainer for a session or two would be ideal.. Some gyms have a foam piece that fits around the bar - or you could even wrap a small towel around the bar.
