  • My fitness goals for November 1st to Thanksgiving are the following: 1. Strive to log all meals on Myfitnesspal daily. 2. Lose 5 pounds by Thanksgiving day. 3. Six days of cardio 45 minute sessions. 4. Drink more water. 5. Eat a Pescatarian/Vegetarian life style. 6. Enter my daily activities to the group.
