Hey Good to hear that you are moving towards your goal. I'm 174cm and 68kg. Target weight 78kg :neutral: I need to gain muscle. Joined a gym today only. The thing is that I hate cooking so relying on not so healthy ready to eat junk. So is there a way that we share our progress and all? Thanks
