  • Log it in when your eating it... just hit your macronutrients within that 24 hr period. When midnight hits your macros refresh until midnight again. It does not matter if your eating first thing in the morning or 1130 pm
  • I try to hit all my macronutrients by midnight... after midnight they refresh. Eating carbs protein fats all anytime of the day. It does not matter. Your body will measure food by 7 14 21 not 1 2 3. So hit your macros and everything else will fall into place.
