4/1-rest 4/2-2 mi 4/3-2 mi 4/4-2 mi Short runs three days in a row and my back/hip seem to be holding up! If this keeps up, I'll be back in actual training in no time! Not in time to run an upcoming 10k, but I tell myself I'm just feeling out the course to come back and kick its butt next year. :)

Much to my disappointment, starting the month with a rest day. Hi all! Newbie here, looking to increase distance and make some running friends on MFP! Goal for this month is just 30 miles. I hope to surpass that but I'm also bouncing back from a back injury so I'm setting low. Looking forward to getting to know you all!
