My 4 to 5 mile runs are about 8.10 to 8.25. My 10 mile runs are about 9.30 to 9.40. Honestly im not sure if that good or not. here is a litthe history on me....sorry. I run daily during the workweek if weather permits. Ill add a long run Saturday or Sunday depending on my schedule. So far my longest nonstop run is 10 miles.

RoxieDawn I have already hit my 10 mile mark already but have yet tried to do all 13.1. The race I want to run is late June and I'm a bit nervous about it. I may lean on you for some advice if you dont mind?
