Taking pass #1 Volunteered at my neighborhood beer walk (Star wars themed of course) and can’t really track all the sips of beer I took and definitely went over calories, but It was a really fun day that I spent with great people!

I did this a few times last year and it helped keep me on track. My next powerlifting meet is at the end of June and I’ve got 10 pounds to lose to get back to my competition weight so some accountability is needed! We got this!

Long beans are my newest favorite, they tend to be pretty cheap at Asian markets (ranch 99, etc) and have a good amount of fiber, similar taste to green beans but a bit “heartier”

Honestly just cleaning up my nutrition and increasing training volume is already changing my physique (not much movement on the scale but looking leaner and feeling stronger). Thanks all, very helpful! To clarify, yes I meant lose 10%, my goal is 18-22% body fat. I was mostly afraid that I was being entirely unrealistic but understand that gaining strength and cutting fat should be done in cycles
