Pass #1 Got the exercise but went waaay over calories

Exercise- yes walking and driveway strength, decided to add in 50 burpees daily to get more HIIT so we’ll see what that does Calories- yes, even a decent bit under today Logged- yes

Exercise- yes, walking the dog and a driveway strength workout Calories- yes Logged- yes Hard to believe it’s April, March was a very long, strange month but I guess I should get used to it since the school just got cancelled through the end of this year.

Yes x 3 10 mile bike ride today, the roads being so quiet makes it much nicer to ride!

Yes x 3 Ate back somee exercise calories, but that’s fine. Still looking strong for the winners circle- I’ve use all 3 of my pass days but don’t expect to need another in the next 3 days.

Yes x3 Finding it very easy to log and stay in my calorie limit while sheltering in place(which is usually what I struggle with), so that’s a silver lining.

Yes x 3 Santa Clara county officially starts shelter in place tonight, so it was my last gym workout for awhile.

Pass #3 It still counts for the winners circle if I don’t pass for the rest of the month right? Either way I think I’m done freaking out about all the uncertainty and ready to make the most of things, including tracking calories, staying in my calorie target, and getting back to exercising.

Pass day #2 As of today, my school district is closed for the next 3 weeks. While I’m not personally worried about this virus, I do have a lot of anxiety around uncertainty. Not knowing what is expected with regards to my job triggered me eating all the things 🤷🏽♀️ tomorrow is another day.

Taking pass day #1 today Got a half hour run in but it was my soon to be sister in law’s bridal shower so too many margaritas were drank to log food and probably over calories too.
