    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes...it was another good day for an outside walk...plus some indoor stretches.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Exercise? Yes!! 20 minutes yoga plus laundry. Topped 4000 steps for the first time in 3 days.

    Within my calorie plan? Roger.

    Tracked everything? Absolutely.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, an old Leslie Sansone DVD about 7 You Tube videos, 20 minutes yoga, planks, and 20,000 steps total!

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, didn't forget a single spice!
