  • Thanks guys..new habit is excercising 6 days a week and eating clean 6/7 days. Almost didn't get to start my do over today. POWER FAILURE tight b4 my 5am scheduled workout. I cane home and did it though. ..yup..this wont beat me...21 days to kick a habit and start a new one...we got 29 in Feb. .looking forward to doing it…
