January 21st:* Log my food * Stay low carb all day * Meal prep for the next two days * Grocery shop for my low carb "chips"- parmesan crisps * To not eat mindlessly This weekend was a good weekend although I didn't eat as according to goal as I could've, but it's a new day! Today will be great!
