The beer and wine thing has been difficult for me too. I am going to try herbal tea and flavored water during the week and the idea of a bottle of wine for the weekend and when it’s gone.its gone. I do believe tracking it is important too. We do have to find A way to enjoy in moderation.

I need to lose 55 pounds at least. I have gained 40 lbs in two years with 20 of it over the summer. I need help to get the motivation to get this weight thing back in check.
