It's a nice thought, but I don't think it would be possible for me to burn 5000 calories in a day.

I have 1

Do any of you cook things to have as snacks in advance?

That's fair enough. I just want my food to have nutritional value and be worth the calories, like I would rather have a hard boiled egg than a regular piece of bread. I do miss those foods though. If I include them in my diet, I get really hungry because I can't eat as much volume.

Greek yoghurt, tomatoes, milk, eggs, chicken, olive oil, lemon juice

I don't actually know her, she is a stranger. I was wrongs about her amount of weightloss, I found her story on Google, apparently she lost 14kg in 7 weeks which is pretty impressive, unless there was a typo. It would be extra exercise because I'm not walking her to school at this stage. It takes about twenty or thirty…

I feel like some foods aren't worth the calories and I'm trying to eat healthy. I still eat chocolate. I try not to eat most bread, flour, sugar, rice, potatoes, bananas (this is new, they are too sweet), chips, corn and milk. I want my food to have nutritional value. Sometimes I treat myself or binge, I eat KFC more than…

People sure love talking about bananas lol

I hate eating that stuff though. I don't like carrot or celery sticks, would rather eat them cooked. I love pickles but don't like the way they taste in New Zealand, like they are sweet rather than savoury. I like them in vinegar.

Do you guys think maybe my food has too much flavour? I started adding lemon and soy sauce to things and I loved the taste so I keep eating and eating. Is it better to eat plain food if you are really hungry? Maybe I'm enjoying my food too much.

I would like to try volumetrics, but I can't afford to use lots of egg whites, it's about $4 for 12 eggs and I only spend $50 a week on groceries. It's one of the reasons I started a thread asking about shrinking my appetite.
-
@arditarose I love it when you comment on my posts, you seem to know what you are doing. I think you are amazing!
-
Are your numbers right? Lol
-
@Francl27 I guess I mean a bigger volume of food? I don't always word things well.
-
That's fantastic, I bet you are pleased :-D
-
Better than nothing. And that's an hour that I won't be stuffing my face.
-
I'm sorry, is there a rule saying I can only start one thread a year? I love the replies on the other threads, I will respond when ready. It must be wonderful to never need help from other people. Makes me wonder why you need the forums.

My fat legs were too big for those as well!

I can't wear regular length boots unless I go to a plus sized store.

@Packerjohn She would have lost weight if she didn't increase the amount of calories she was eating, in effect creating a deficit that wasn't there before. If I use the scooter for an hour a day, that should burn about 300 calories, based on my current weight. Every little bit counts! I wouldn't necessarily consider it…

I think I do tend to graze, the only meal I definately sit down for is dinner.
-
Is that expensive? do you need lots of ingrediants? How do you make it? I don't want to eat anything too processed and I don't know if I could get the ingrediants easily in New Zealand. I am on a low income. I remember being less hungry when I had protein powder everyday. I have also considered getting appetite…

@Machka9 One that you push along with your feet

I'm not losing weight, I've been putting it on. I've put on 4 kilos this year :-O I need to figure out how to make this lifestyle work for me.
-
Also, would you wear a pedometer while using your scooter?
-
Well thats the weirdest thing I've seen this week!
-
I can fit clothes in most stores.
-
I need to figure out how to do that because I want to eat all the time!
