One of my friends does this to me. If we are in the same city she will invite me to go for a walk with her or swimming or something. If I was planning on getting subway, she will suggest pita pit.

I've never make stock. What do you do it with? how do you store it? we don't have a very good freezer at the moment.

I tried making hawaiian or margaretta calzone (folded over pizza), and the insides tasted horrible and the pizza dough kept expanding and expanding. It did not look or taste right, lol. I had a delicious calzone with my friends when I lived in the UK and really wanted to learn how to have it at home.

I looked at many types of milk last time I was at the supermarket, and they all seemed to have a lot of sugar, and at least twice the price of cows milk. Will look again, but will probably stick with trim milk.

Thanks, that is all very useful. I was raised on yellow top milk. A nurse I knows says that drinking the milk with extra calcium is not necessary once you reach a certain age, unless you are pregnant/breastfeeding. We get the green top now, I think its 1-2%. Haha, my trainer made me run for 1 minute on the treadmill! I reckon I could do 2 minutes easily. My goal is to get to 5 minutes. I've resisted KFC for four days in a row :-) Its been longer than that since I had it (a few weeks), but I've only been craving it for four days.

Omg, I have those as well! I think they are white heads. They have been impossible to pop! I've used an exfoliating gloves and they disappear for 12 hours then seem to come straight back!

LMAO! I don't actually own a cow. I would probably have to drive for an hour to get to one, and I'm not sure how a stranger would feel about me kneeling under their friend to get a drink.

Just looked up Bell decaf tea at the Countdown supermarket in New Zealand- it costs about 4x as much as regular tea!

@lynn_glenmont I usually drink 4-10 cups of English breakfast tea a day. I think that's too much which is why I think I should probably switch to decaf.

I guess I shouldn't have mentioned the price- I'm from New Zealand, so stuff that is more expensive here, might not be in the rest of the world. I don't even know if you can buy alternative milk at the supermarket or if you have to go to the health food store!

That seems very low, especially for someone with a trainer who must be working out a few times a week. What is your weightloss goal for the week? My goal was 500g-1kilo a week, doing 90 minutes of personal training a week and 10,000 steps of walking a day and my calories were set at 2000 a day.
