Should I be drinking a variety of teas?

Its a family member and a few of our shared friends. We no longer live in the same city so I don't see them that often, maybe 2 weeks a year? If they buy food, I just get less, and healthier options. If they buy junkfood, I try to provide some healthier options and mostly eat that.

That's interesting...

I think I know what to have for dinner tonight, lol

I'm not a fan of macaroni and cheese, but my mum makes the best cauliflower cheese with bacon bits :-) I wish cheese didn't have a bajillion calories in it. I had four thin slices on my sandwiches the other day and it came out as 35g!!! I thought it was like 15. I don't know how many calories that ended up being, but it…

More of what I was eating before, and pickles in vinegar, because of what someone posted before me.

Thanks :)

How is this all or nothing? I've tried and failed, so I'm going to keep trying, even if it means cutting back how many hours I fast, then building up to my goal. I have failed at weightloss for the last six months so I am trying a few new things that have worked for other people. I don't see how that's a problem. If you…

Thanks. I never used to be a breakfast person, but I guess I just got into a habit. Some people feel unwell eating breakfast, but I feel fine. It's more like, I didn't always feel hungry without breakfast and I don't enjoy that many typical breakfast foods. My dad took me out for breakfast about a year ago and got cross…

Yeah. My mum walks him everyday and invites me. Sometimes I take him on a separate walk. I was too lazy to do that yesterday.

Not in the way I was

If you start to feel dizzy or get headaches, should you eat or just drink some water? I'm wondering if its part of the adjustment period, because I felt like that, but I still didn't get the signs you are supposed to get when you are genuinely hungry.

I think I would find it harder to stop eating at night. I have stopped eating after 9pm, but that wasn't too hard because I go to bed soon after. Apparently, Victoria Beckham doesn't eat after 6pm. I could never do that- our family has always prepared dinner quite late (from 7-9:30pm) and since I live with my mum, I can't…

I just realised that I haven't actually skipped breakfast regulary for years. When I started starting meds for my illness, I needed something in my stomach, so I ate. Then, I started a meal plan with a nutritionist last year and my meals, so I ate what she told me everyday. I guess I have gotten out of that habit. I guess…

So if something is hard you just give up? the benefits seem worth it to me, since I started this thread, I've done some research, and it sounds like you need to ease your way into it. I am now thinking that my hunger is mental not physical, and wondering how many times in my life I've actually experienced real hunger. My…

Do you have a link to the facebook group?

I would be thrilled to be asked! I will probably never get to be one :-(

How many people are willing to pose in their underwear to show their progress

I got a vivofit. I think I chose it because it was the cheaper option, it went on my wrist and it only needs new batteries once a year. I didn't want something I would need to charge. Funnily enough, I barely wear it on my wrist, I usually just put it on before some of my walks.

To not have a cold. For my arms to feel warmer.

Take school seriously

One of my friends commented on it, and I found it and thought it was hilarious. Sorry for bothering you?

I agree with about half of these. 1. I don't think it matters. Is a kiss even guaranteed, aren't you just getting to know each other? shouldn't put pressure on these things. 2. Kinda. I usually just eat with my fork, lol. Guess I'm kind of rude. 3. Don't care, I don't even drink alcohol. I think beer smells/tastes gross.…

@Nony_Mouse how do you know if ''nutrition/weightloss/exercise facts/theories'' are woo or not? There is a lot of false information out there, and I seem to be buying into a lot of it. Also, have you heard of Doctor Libby? what do you think of her? my family seems to buy what she says, but I'm not sure. She talks about…

I lived there for 12 weeks. Fun times :-)

I think they make a good point about chemicals, real food and sugar. I would agree with them on those points. Your body will work more effectively if you eat real foods and you will be less likely to get health conditions like cancer in the future. I read somewhere that you should drink organic milk, because regular milk…

I hope this isn't offensive or anything, but could you sign up for a women's only gym and take your hijab off? I have a Muslim friend that I used to live near, and she would take hers off at home or when there weren't any men around. Would that be an option for you?
