I was offered a free gym membership with the apartments I live at and so I joined it. Honestly what helps me is I research the best exercises for me to do to obtain the goals that I want. After that, I just Youtube those exercises and it helps a lot!

I got into the habbit of drinking plain vodka and water with a squeeze of lemon when I go out. I order Titos and water and its only 60 calories. Its an acquired taste but overall not that bad.

Im 26 and went from a size 6 to a size 13 in about 2 years and now Im a size 16/17....Im trying to loose about 40lbs but also gain a lot of muscle. Ive been weight training for months now and I just need to choose better eating habbits and get back in the habbit of going to the gym more often!!
