Hi my name is Alice and a week ago I was 84.2kg (13stone 4ish) as of yesterday I weighed in at 82.2 kg (12 stone 13ish). My overall desire is to be under 10 stone ... If by Christmas I can lose 20 lbs I will be over the moon :-) and well on my way :-)
