I stayed in that bad habits cycle and all it leads to is regret and regaining all the weight (if not even more). I recently gave myself a fresh start ad so far so good :) I'll definitely friend you, anyone going through this knows we have to stick together!

A few pounds or 150 pounds, none of it is easy and it all comes down to the same thing in the end. Maintaining that goal weight is the real trial for anyone trying to lose weight and be healthier. I'd love to be friends and if you need to talk feel free to send a message my way :smile:
