I'm in a similar situation. It is so tough getting those last few pounds off. I weigh and measure everything, and I count everything that goes in my mouth. Mini Hershey's bar 45 calories. it seems like nothing, but it is all calories.

@allison8668 Daily weigh in's can be disappointing. I usually don't lose more than a pound per week, so daily isn't always encouraging. Hang in there! 6/17 183.8 starting weight. 6/18 182.8 no way I lost a pound in one day. 6/19 182.8 maybe I did lose a pound. 6/20 6/21 6/22 6/23 6/24 6/25 6/26

I'm targeting 1 pound per week, and using 1200 calories per day. Feel free to add me to your Friends. I have been on this website for a while, but I think some accountability buddies would be helpful.

Nice job Miacaz02. That was my problem in December. There were cookies every day. I grab the fat on my belly an remind myself that I would rather have a better body.

I have never joined a challenge, and need to be kept accountable. Feel free to add me as a friend. I'm in my late 40's and I'm stuck. Trying to jump start something with 1000 calories for 3 days then back to 1200.

I have been using WW as needed since I gave birth to my first child in 1997. My last month on WW I also used MFP. I typically reached my max points at the same time that I reached my max calories. It is much easier to find and count calories than mess with an equation or search for points.
