  • I do 1/2 cup quick oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 scoop chocolate whey protein, and 1/2 c. Milk. Microwave for about a minute and a half. It's around 35g protein and super filling! I usually add a tbsp of peanut or almond butter after cooking for more flavor. Soo good!
