  • I would look into Intermittent fasting and Dr. Jason Fung if I were you. He wrote Obesity Code. He says with fasting the only proteins that you lose is loose skin and that he never has problems with his patients having any sort of loose skin.

  • I have been seeing a therapist and some things that have helped me are- Journaling Breathing exercises Meditation... Like mph323 said though, seeing a IRL therapist really helps. There is generally a reason for bingeing that needs to be faced. Mine is mostly a self love issue..
