I used to weigh 352... now I am at 243 and I fit into size 18 pants!!! I am SO excited!!!

I was over 350.. I made it to my 100 pound loss mark, plus some... my new goal is to get to 200... then my final goal is to make it to 170... which is less then I weighed in high school! :D

Thank you for cheering me on!! I love it! Dave.... I have mine down to 1/2 of a Glimepiride a day... but the Doc still won't let me try stopping it til I drop lower... My range is between 88 and 115.. with it

NET calories is how much you have left to your goal of 1300.... the rest (1000 from exercise) you don't HAVE to eat... I never do.. it helps me lose weight and build muscle... you CAN eat up to 1080 calories, but you will lose weight slower.. if you want a gradual loss (which is preferred by Doctors) you CAN eat up to 2300…

I am 44 and have 100 more pounds to lose, but would love to add you as a friend.... I have lost 70 pounds total so far... some before MFP.... 54 on MFP... I love to root people on and help encourage... I am a very positive person... I am getting my teeth pulled today (all of them) so I won't be on here for a few days....…

there are exercises that you can do with your baby.. even for the years to come... it creates bonding with your child and it keeps their mind busy so they usually don't get fussy...

I have lost 36 pounds on here so far... that's 50 pounds all together... I am looking for some new friends... I am at 299 right now (YAY no longer int he 300's) I would love to get some new friends added :D
