I like the Premier Protein shakes.They have 30 grams of protein with 160 calories. My other choice is Naturade Total Soy Meal Replacement with 13 grams of protein and 140 calories.

I tried to eat the nut in the center of an Avocado once, very bitter. Other than that I mixed sardines and peanut butter on a wrap. It was a little tough to get down.
