I am putting it in the MyFitnesspal food diary and it calculates the calories. I have not been adding the olive olive that I cook with when roasting veggies.

I am really eating as much or more as I normally have. I am eating 3 meals a day now not just 2. I am eating home cooked meals prepared from fresh foods (vegetables and fruit) nothing processed. On average I am consuming 770 calories a day and 25 carbs. I walked 1.2 miles on Tuesday and 1.6 today. I will not weigh again until Monday so we will see.
