I'm throwing some steaks in the oven with some veggies. Takes the same amount of time as a pizza :) yesterday it was broiled shrimp with a little butter, garlic and herbs and asparagus. Took less than 7 minutes. Day before that threw some turkey chili in the crockpot took at most 10 minutes and that was just to cut up the…

The butterball ones I get normally is 2 slices for 35 calories and I have 4 for breakfast so not too bad at all. I did see some other brands that were basically the same as regular bacon though and I said nope lol

WW worked well for me at first. I lost 65lbs but then I stalled. Nothing for months so I hopped over here and down almost 6 lbs in 3 weeks. I noticed I was eating WAY more on WW. Liking this app better than WW by far but I owe WW for the 65lb start. Have to say about the Oprah thing it make me not want to use WW. I can't…

It's been a lon slow road but here's my before and in progress pictures. So I decided to try this app. I'm working on the last 50lbs now (4.4lbs off in 10 days on mfp)

Lost 70lbs and still have 50 more lbs to lose. It's been a long slow process but getting closer each day

We go to the gym late at night so I save calories as I know I'm going to be starving by the time I get home. I eat right before bed.

Where do you all find the time to walk so many miles??? I can barely squeeze out an hour 3-4 a week to go to the gym! Once it's no longer 110 degrees outside I want to start walking at home but I'm going to be lucky to get in a half hour a day to walk.

Thank you all. I generally do 2.25 miles in treadmill with intermittent inclines at 3.3-3.5mph then 4 miles on exercise bike with varying tensions. Plus work on my arms. Sometimes I switch out bike for elliptical but I'm still working on building up more time on that lol. I have about 60 more lbs to lose. I've already lost…
