Agree, I've never actually eaten one, but the yolk running out makes me really uncomfortable for some odd reason. :s

Cancer here, definitely fits me to a T.

Drinking my coffee and playing ARK.

We're having homemade vegetable beef soup for Thanksgiving. I don't expect the soup to be that many calories, I plan on getting the calories in with pie. :D

I've been eating way too much pizza... But when I think about it, is there really such a thing as "too much pizza?"

From personal experience, 5:2 works for me when I can stick to it and even more so if I can fit it into 16:8 window as well. It's all about personal preference and what works for you, you could try both for a month or two each and see what you get the best results with.

To have my girlfriend not be worried about my health, she doesn't care about how much I weigh, she's just scared of me getting an obesity related illness and losing me to it. Also, being able to wear clothes that aren't extremely baggy to hide my body because I'm insecure about what I look like.

I usually don't eat the calories back. Only if I exercised at the end of the day and I'm a little hungry afterwards, I'll have something small that's no more than 50% of the exercise calories.

To not have to "suck it in" to fit into my largest size pants (42 men's) and have my gut hanging off the top. Then having to find a larger fitting shirt to hide my bulging gut.

Yes, you should bring back your old habits and start cooking meals for yourself (and your boyfriend) again. Not only will it be good for both of y'all's health, but it'll save you guys a lot of money too. Before going to the grocery store, plan out what you want to have for dinner each night and MAKE A LIST! Stick to it,…

If I'm not going out in public, I'm bra-free. I've never felt comfortable in any bra, sports or otherwise. I'm obese, but I've always had a small chest and I'm really thankful for that... I actually secretly hope that if I lose all the weight I need to, I'll be mostly flat chested lol

The final straw was watching back a video I filmed with my girlfriend, when I was visiting her this past January through April (long distance relationship). She wanted a video of us together, just laying on the bed, cuddling and talking (we were clothed, just saying, not that type of video)... I was laying on my stomach…

I'd skip heavy cardio and keep it to maybe a brisk walk since heavy cardio creates a bigger calorie deficit that you'll have to fill with eating more food, which you'll have even more so since you're trying to gain weight. Lift more heavy things instead, if you can lift it more than 15 times without much effort those last…

Your problems sounds a lot like mine... I struggle a lot with yo-yo'ing in weight too; Getting my weight down and going back up, plus some. It's really difficult for me to grasp that monitoring what I eat will be a life-long commitment and that I can't just "go back to normal eating," because normal for me is really bad…

I'm sensitive to certain sounds, like the sound of people (and myself) eating, especially crunchy food. Coughing really bothers me too and loud breathing.

Feel free to add me. :#
