  • I recommend it but plan it and know what your going to eat that day. I would do a low to no CARB the day before. Then the cheat meal day I would do low carb again until it's go time.... Then splurge that meal. Its called damage control. After that meal your done. The next day get back on track.
  • They suppress your appetite and helps control your sweet tooth. Very good for a post workout snack. They are low in calorie if you can only eat 2-3. Quick easy way to get in carbs. Those with pb on top. Yummy!!!!
  • Something Quick like banana then once you get home have a shake and peanut butter and call it a night. Or if you are leanent on your macros. Some almond milk and a serving of protein cherros will work just fine. With a serving of almonds or peanuts.
