And great tips! Btw I like your #4 lol. Even if you can get results without any cardio (which I can't) I think cardio is important for overall health. If you can't run a block you're not fit lol.

I have a surge and I love it. It's accurate for steps and stairs and the HR monitor is great for workouts. It also has the gps for running and walking too it's the best of both worlds. I love it love it.

One thing I have heard larger beginners start with is simple house exercises like walking up and down your stairs a few extra times that day.
