It got me to walk 6 miles last night. I am sore this morning. EH. Made me have nightmares I was in the hospital! I am on episode 4 working on 5 today.

Got done with my ZR walk. It was more of a fast walk most of it. :) Walked 53 minutes and went 3.31 miles. I am happy with it. The new version is different. I enjoy the new look and I am happy to be inspired to get out and walk. It was a little over 300 calories burned so now I get almond milk and crackers with my soup.…
