Ahhh my goal before I realized I am pregnant. I'm not quitting though. Doctor says it safe to keep exercising as long as I get enough rest, be careful and keep up my calories. I'm focusing on strength training.

PCOS isn't fun! Hang in there and look into eating clean and correcting your glandular system which is related to female problems from reproduction to moods and weight loss.

Hi Emily, adding the excersise will most likely get you over that plateau but just remember if you start building muscle you might see loss in inches rather than weight. Stay motivated 19lbs is awesome!
